Larusmiani presents Kremlin-inspired design
October 23, 2013
Fashion
show by famous Italian label Larusmiani was held at the Youth Art
Palace. The label presented hand-made art that silently shapes the most
precious materials.
Italian fashion label Larusmiani comes with over 90 years of
experience, elegance and passion. Guglielmo Miani started working in his
small tailor's workshop in Milan in 1922. He opened his first shop in
1929 on Via Manzoni. Today, Larusmiani continues to produce some of the
most luxurious fabrics in the world.
“The inspiration for my collection was the treasure of the Kremlin,
Russia as a traditional country and tradition of the princesses with
every woman’s dream: to become a princess,” said Alice Etro, the
designer behind the collection.
Interest in this collection was so intense that journalists had
difficulty finding empty space. Calm and at the same time rhythmic music
accompanied the show. The audience examined closely all the details
shown in the collection. After the fashion show, a bar with a variety of
cocktails and sweet snacks was awaiting those gathered.
