As incredible as that sounds, still don’t know, talking about travel, which part is the best to me. The first part is to plan it and begin dreaming. To decide what part of the world on want to visit and then, take the basic decisions about travel agencies, air companies and some other practical items. That’s quite nice.
The second but not the last one is to do it. Travel like sponge putting in your mind – and in your soul – lot of wonderful places as, in this trip, cities that since long time ago sound to me in a very magic, melodic way, Samarkand, Bukhara and Khiva and the excitement of being in front of the Registan Square and the Ismail Samanid mausoleum. What a places!
When the trip is over, you realize that still left another part. The three one that use to be also fantastic. Well, actually, maybe, the best part of any travel. It`s the time when you are already at home and, in strict sense, you are not travelling anymore but … you still are. That is the glorious time for memories. At that period, suddenly – perhaps when your body is already recovered not from just physical fatigue but also for to be, everyday, enjoy lot of great experience – you realize how lucky and how blessing you are. And you also realize that, in a very good way, you are not the same, not anymore.
I suppose that is the key part of the strong difference between to see how others countries looks, but just in a movie or TV channel and to really be there. It is funny to listen the explanations of somebody who doesn’t want to travel because – they use to say that – it’s a waste of time and money and you can do that in a comfortable armchair at home. But, in that way, off course you don`t. You don’t for many, many reasons. Maybe the principal one is that if, for example, you are seeing some DVD about Tashkent, the only things that you see is just a collection of images. It`s a reduction of the whole experience – weather, sound, tastes, perfumes and a long etc. – in a picture that only brings you a small approximation of the true vivid experience of to be there. And, no matter everybody wants to see masterpieces of architecture and it is great to be monuments full of history, It’s also memorable to seat in a Tapchan at launch time or to go through that older bazaars that are alive and that absolutely fascinate you.
In my actual memories that is all, but people. In my opinion, the great treasure of Uzbekistan is the persons. With the kind help of them, I could know more about the topics that are important for them and I could begin to understand how their way of life is. The human richness, for example, of Rovshan or the humor and love for life of Davron, that’s something to remember. That’s something that will never be forgotten, that’s something for to say.

Thanks God for bring me the wonderful experience of Uzbekistan.
I recommend you to Discover new world with Davron and his team http://www.uzbektraveller.com
